McCann Worldgroup is a leading global advertising agency. As part of its Vision 2021 a radically collaborative way of working is being implemented. McCann Offices – Toronto

McCann Offices – Toronto

Bartlett & Associates has designed the new offices of global creative agency McCann located in Toronto, Canada.

McCann, as one of Canada’s most creative agencies has recently moved. Best known for creating notable Canadian campaigns including: “I am Canadian” for Molson Canada, and the long-running “Built for Drivers” campaign for Pontiac the agency was also the creator of Hockey Night in Canada), so naturally our space was creatively inspired.

Over 60,000 square feet, house a newly renovated, designed, open-concept, state-of-the-art loft style agency space. Every aspect of the place was professionally designed by top design firm Bartlett & Associates Ltd., and it takes creativity to a whole new level. We went as far as constructing a stairwell between two floors to create a greater sense of collaboration and having the floors officially renumbered to reflect our agency culture and history around the number 13.

IMM East Boulder

IMM East Boulder

When digital advertising agency IMM outgrew its offices in downtown Boulder, Colo., they decided to relocate to the industrial Flatiron Park on the city’s outskirts. The agency enlisted OZ Architecture to transform their new space — a vacant warehouse — into “a unique office environment that would excite their employees.”

The finished project, both sleek and spirited, fills with natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights. Biophilic design elements like in-office plants and several outdoor spaces, as well as quirky touches like a millwork sculpture that doubles as a tech-free meeting room, give the new office both an air of creativity and of calm.

22squared Offices – Tampa

22squared Offices – Tampa

22squared is one of the largest independent ad agencies in the country with its roots beginning in Atlanta. Residing in a legacy space dating back to 1993, this firm has evolved in terms of office culture and the way their employees work. Their culture can be visually seen as a bike hangs in memory of an employee. Although they are evolving as a company, their old space, a 25 year vintage, was severely disconnected from their culture and had no room for further growth.

Boys and Girls interior by Marc-Kilkenny Architects

Boys and Girls interior by Marc-Kilkenny Architects

As wild cards go, Marc Kilkenny- Architects (MK-A) has, it seems, dealt something of an ace to its client, Dublin-based creative agency Boys and Girls. For in designing the interiors for its new Bloomfield House headquarters, MK-A has succeeded, according to the agency, in delivering a scheme that is “us in building form”. No small claim for a firm that cites “daring simplicity” as its central philosophy.
