2015 Nightingale Awards Winners Announced

Contract magazine and Healthcare Design magazine, in partnership with the Center for Health Design, announced the winners of The Nightingale Awards on November 16 at the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference in National Harbor, Maryland.

The Nightingale Awards honor the best products exhibited at the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference. The awards recognize contributions to the healthcare built environment through product design and innovation that contributes to healing. 

The Nightingale Best of Competition Award was given to Nemschoff for Ava Recliner, which also received a Gold Award in the Seating: Patient category. 

The Silver Award in Architectural Products: Clinical goes to Carstens for MEDIroo with ISONAS.
The Gold Award in Architectural Products: Clinical goes to Shield Casework for Canopy.

The Silver Award in Architectural Products: Non-Clinical goes to LogiSon Acoustic Network for Target V 1.5. 
The Gold Award in Architectural Products: Non-Clinical goes to Amri Studio for Digital Donor Wall at Boston Children’s Hospital.

The Silver Award in Carpet goes to Shaw Contract Group for The Park. 
The Gold Award in Carpet goes to Mannington for Entwined.

The Gold Award in Fabrics & Textiles goes to c.f. Stinson for Ethereal + Apex.

The Silver Award in Flooring: Hard Surface goes to Metroflor Corporation for Aspecta Ten LVT.   
The Gold Award in Flooring: Hard Surface goes to J+J Flooring Group/Kinetexfor Kinetex Umbra & Umbra Stripe.

The Silver Award in Flooring: Resilient goes to Shannon Specialty Floors for Think Ahead.
The Gold Award in Flooring: Resilient goes to Ecore Commercial Flooring for Terrain rx.

The Silver Award in Lighting goes to Eaton for Fail-Safe Sealed Encounter–ENS, ENC, ENV. 

The Silver Award in Seating: Guest/Lounge goes to Krug for Zola Privacy. 
The Gold Award in Seating: Guest/Lounge goes to Nemschoff for Easton Multiple Seating. 

The Gold Award in Seating: Patient goes to Nemschoff for Ava Recliner.  

The Silver Award in Signage & Wayfinding goes to VividBoard, a GMi Co., for InHarmony Changeable Glass Boards. 

Both Contract and Healthcare Design magazines are published by Emerald Expositions, which also operates and produces the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference.
