More than a dozen countries have a higher entrepreneurial spirit than the U.S. That's the result of the first Amway entrepreneurial spirit index, which measures people's attitudes and willingness to start an entrepreneurial business. The countries that topped the index are India, China and Thailand, respectively. The U.S. came in 14th.
