Ms. Dippre brings over ten years of experience in workplace strategy working with clients such as P&G, HCSC, Humana, KPMG, Wilson Sporting Goods and others to align business strategies and real estate solutions with dynamic work environments. Ms. Dippre specializes in client visioning and engagement, facility planning, workplace strategy development and implementation and change management services. Ms. Dippre’s consulting work, together with her background in interior design, helps to enable companies to improve facility performance, optimize utilization, integrate new technologies, and better engage their workforce.
Ms. Dippre earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts – Interior Design from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is certified in Change Management through LaMarsh Global.
Ms. Dippre will lead VOA’s efforts to grow and expand VOA’s workplace strategy service line. Ms. Dippre will leverage her expertise in facility benchmarks and research to enrich VOA’s efforts in providing services including workplace strategy, real estate and portfolio analysis, master facility planning, data collection/time utilization studies and evaluation, cultural assessment and change management. Ms. Dippre will be based in VOA’s Chicago office.
