The International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) has announced that it will premiere the first ICFF Miami on October 5th and 6th at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The event features hundreds of leading brands and emerging designers presenting lighting, furniture, seating, wall coverings, carpet and floorings, kitchen and bath, accessories, textiles, and materials.
“The ICFF team has been working to bring the ICFF to Miami Beach for over two years,” says Kevin O’Keefe, ICFF event director. “You can be very sure we will deliver a spectacular platform to our exhibitors and attendees in October—expect a landmark event in the design industry.”
Miami is an ideal city for ICFF expansion because it’s a global center for luxury, ranking with New York as the only North American cities in the top ten list in the Wealth Report, issued annually by London-based real estate consultancy, Knight Frank. At the event, architects, designers, and developers will meet with designers and influencers not only from the U.S., but also from the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America.
Luxe Interiors + Design will present a pavilion at ICFF Miami showcasing luxury brands offering classic contemporary styling.
The event will be publicized to over 700,000 architects, designers, developers, and retail showrooms that participate in ICFF, the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), GlobalShop, and the Hospitality Design Expo, as well as those who receive Luxe Interiors + Design, design:retail, Contract, Kitchen + Bath Business, and Hospitality Design magazines.
The 28th annual ICFF is scheduled for May 14-17th at New York’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
