Lamin-Art, one of North America’s leading decorative surfaces brands, has been acquired by Arborite, a Montreal-based high pressure laminate manufacturer. The previously a privately-held business, based in Schaumburg, Illinois, will now operate as part of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces with Kevin Geijer joining the company as general manager.
