IFMA announced the release of its Year in Review: FY 2017 Annual Report, which outlines the association’s efforts to fulfill its mission “to advance the professional discipline of facility management worldwide.” The annual report addresses IFMA’s continued initiatives and association-wide achievements from the 2016-17 fiscal year (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017), as well as strategic projections for the organization’s path forward.

This year’s report utlines that FY17 was a time of global change, the continued elevation of FM and strategic realignment for IFMA. Highlights include IFMA’s success in championing international FM standards, expansion and improvement of product and service offerings, and continued collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to demonstrate the strategic value of the profession among adjacent industry sectors.

The current annual report and archives from prior years are publicly available in the About IFMA section of the website. The FY17 annual report will also be published in the November/December 2017 digital edition of FMJ, IFMA’s official magazine.
