Jan Johnson, vice president of Design and Workplace Resources at Allsteel, is a key speaker at the CoreNet Global Summit in Seattle, November 5–7.
Johnson’s talk, “Knowledge Worker Productivity Part 2,” expands on a research presentation she gave at the 2016 Summit in Philadelphia. In that talk, Johnson discussed the six factors proven to have the highest correlation to knowledge worker productivity. In Part 2, she will report on the second phase of research into how the six factors, which are predominantly interpersonal, and cover team and manager dynamics, can be translated into workplace design guidelines. Johnson will share findings and insights on the link between the built environment, behaviors and performance, including physical factors affecting both teams and individuals. Attendees will leave with actionable initiatives for applying these insights to their organizations.
The talk will take place on Monday, November 6, from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm at the Washington State Convention Center, 705 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101. For more information and to register for the CoreNet Global Summit, please visit: www.corenetglobal.org/attend/SeattleSummit2017/seattle2017.aspx.
