In today's society, it's becoming less and less about what you look like while you're working and more about how you feel while you're working.
The trend can be traced back to Silicon Valley, where the emphasis isn't who you're wearing, but rather who you're working with on any given project.
While the movement is popular amongst millennials, older workplace culture experts like Bobby Albert are keen on the progressive changes.
"If there's a funny way I can say this, the man who invented the tie should be shot," said Albert.
Albert believes it's more about quality leadership in the modern workplace rather than burning up in a suit jacket.
