Indiana Furniture Gives Back with Donation to Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand
Indiana Furniture recently donated office furniture to the Sisters of St. Benedict, a women's organization in Ferdinand, Indiana. The company contributed furniture for support staff and visiting members and also furnished the recently completed hospitality center.
The Hospitality Center project has been in the works for approximately six years as the Sisters of St. Benedict have been working to modernize the facilities. “Our goal is to stay relevant, so we can best serve future generations in an ever-changing world,” says Sister Barbara Lynn Schmitz.
Indiana Furniture has been a staple of the Jasper community for more than a century. “The sisters are truly doing some wonderful work for our community, and we are more than happy to help them in any way we can,” says Max Verkamp, president and chief executive officer.
