HPFi (High Point Furniture Industries) announced that IE Furniture, currently based in Thomasville, NC, is consolidating its operations into the facility on Corporation Drive in High Point, NC, previously owned by HPFi. IE will manage all manufacturing operations and supply HPFi with its existing casegood and table product lines. This alliance will enhance the HPFi casegood and table product depth and escalate new product development.

Similar to HPFi, IE Furniture is a local, family-owned company. However, their focus has been on serving the hospitality industry with competitively priced furniture and on-time delivery through continuous improvement in equipment, people and customer interaction.

The combined casegood resources of HPFi and IE Furniture under one roof are a perfect strategic alliance. HPFi will remain focused on the contract furniture market serving business, education, government and healthcare sectors. IE Furniture will remain focused on furniture for the hospitality industry. The busiest ‘season’ for HPFi is opposite that of IE Furniture which primarily occurs in the Fall and Winter months.

HPFi operates a 4,100 sq. ft. showroom and manufacturing facilities in High Point, North Carolina with over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
