H CONTRACT CELEBRATES FIVE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY AT ENVIRONMENTS FOR AGING EXPO

H Contract, provider of upholstered seating and case goods furniture to the senior living, commercial and higher education markets will celebrate its five-year anniversary at the upcoming Environments for Aging Expo and Conference (EFA) in Savannah, Georgia running April 21 – 24, 2018. In honor of the milestone, the company is looking to get social with its customers through a strategic social media campaign and contest designed to creatively chronicle its five-year history, build engagement online and award EFA Conference attendees with exclusive H Contract products.

The social media campaign set to run throughout the month of April – the month of the company’s first shipments in 2013 – will include a series of fun social media posts using popular and engaging social media terms and hashtags such as ‘On This Day,’ ‘Did You Know’ and ‘Throwback Thursday’ to highlight key milestones throughout the company’s history.

In addition, the company is sponsoring a contest on its Facebook page for EFA attendees. To participate, customers will be asked to engage with the company’s social media posts by liking and commenting with the EFA and H Contract social media hashtags, #EFAcon and #HContract. Five lucky winners will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the conference to receive a Blythe accent table, valued at $525 retail.

“Our very first shipment was in April of 2013, so we thought it was fitting to celebrate this milestone while at EFA this April,” said Dean Jarrett, vice president and general manager of H Contract. “We have grown tremendously over the past five years, and are excited to support future growth with new and unique marketing opportunities, including the launch of our H Contract brand on social media. This is a strategic move that we believe can take our brand to a new level and increase our exposure to new audiences.

“Social-media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and countless others, have had a profound effect on how millions of users interact with others, shop and view brands,” he continued. “For the EFA conference and to celebrate our five-year anniversary, we really wanted to do something to engage with our customers as well as thank them for their support.”
