Comfy, a leading provider of workplace apps, is extending its international reach by partnering with one of Australia’s biggest commercial property groups, Charter Hall. Beginning with 1.2 million square feet in four buildings throughout Sydney and Brisbane, the Comfy solution will be introduced to the tenants of Charter Hall‘s portfolio.
A Comfy installation at Charter Hall’s Sydney corporate headquarters last year led to impressive results, enough to offer the solutions to tenants. Property owners worldwide are scrambling to attract and keep tenants using workplace technology focused on people.
“Like Charter Hall, Comfy is committed to putting people at the center of our work and making the office of the future a reality today,” said Andrew Krioukov, CEO and Co-founder of Comfy. “As Comfy continues to prove to be the world’s leading must-have workplace experience app, Australia is an increasingly important international market for us. We’re thrilled to work with Charter Hall to deliver an exceptional tenant experience.”
Comfy works with Fortune 1000 companies in six different countries since its founding in the San Francisco Bay area in 2012. Its mission is to create workplace experiences where employees are empowered and able to communicate with not just people, but places through smart technology. For example, Comfy is the first and only personal workplace app designed to give on-demand temperature controls to individuals. Recently, it has grown its list of offerings to include lighting, room booking and work requests.
This expansion with Charter Hall is hot on the heels of the announcement a few weeks ago of Works with Comfy, a new ecosystem of partnerships with leaders in the spaces of automated buildings, occupancy sensing, lighting, and indoor positioning.
