With nearly 20 years in the industry, Chris Perruna joins interior solutions firm, dancker, and brings experience as an architect, owner’s representative, project manager and business lead. Perruna will lead dancker’s architectural solutions and full modular construction business unit.

Perruna’s experience in both interior commercial and core & shell projects over the past decade totals more than 3 million SF with a combined value of around $750 million. He has worked with clients in various industries from pharmaceutical and healthcare to financial and professional services. The projects he has managed have ranged in size range from 5,000 RSF to 500,000 RSF and from $1 million in capital expenditure to more than $100 million.

Prior to joining dancker, Perruna was the market lead for the project and development group at JLL, overseeing a staff of 25 project managers that managed millions of dollars in construction on an annual basis. Perruna also spent nine years as a Director of Project Management at Gardiner & Theobald, one of the region’s top project management and cost consultancy firms. Perruna’s recent clients include L'Oréal USA, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Gartner Inc., MetLife, NYU Langone Medical Center, WPP, Quest Diagnostics, Interpublic Group of Companies, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, etc.
dancker, has also hired Adam Bedell as Vice President of Sales to lead dancker’s Northern New Jersey office and to drive growth in the New York City market. Formerly Region Manager at Kimball New York City, where his team averaged $25 million a year in sales, Adam led growth strategy for the region and built strong relationships with many dealers, Bedell brings insights that will support dancker’s business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
