Bernhard Kallup is stepping down as CEO of Dauphin office interiors GmbH & Co. KG and, as arranged, has handed over all managerial tasks to a team of four managing directors with immediate effect. Jochen Ihring is the chairperson of the new team.
Ihring has been the managing director of the sales subsidiary Dauphin HumanDesign Group GmbH & Co. KG since 2006 and the managing director of the Dauphin office interiors Holding since 2014. From now on, he will be responsible for all innovation processes, marketing and product management as well as the U.S. and South African markets.
He has also assumed the role of managing director of the Dauphin Entwicklungs- und Beteiligungs GmbH, where he is also responsible for strategic purchasing. As the commercial director of the holding company, Christoph Schülner is responsible for overseeing the corporate group's finances. The consolidated activities of the new management structure within the Dauphin corporate group exist as a family-owned company under the Dauphin office interiors Holding umbrella organization.
Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin is registered as chairman of the shareholders' committee and as registered managing director. Antje Dauphin is accompanying the company as a member of the shareholder's committee and as a managing director.
“I am very much looking forward to working with the new management team and my responsibilities as chairman of the shareholders' committee, of which my daughter Antje Dauphin as well as the grandchildren Jil and Julien Dauphin are part,” said company founder Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin. “I am trustfully handing over all the operative tasks to the new team of managing directors. I am convinced that they will continue the futureoriented development of our brands and face the challenges of a changing working world with innovative furniture solutions.
“We thank Dr Kallup for the dedication with which he fundamentally supported and shaped the transition process from a family-owned to a management-operated company.”
He was also entrusted with many development-related issues, which he presented at the ORGATEC trade fair, thereby paving the way towards a successful future for the corporate group.
