INDEAL University, a platform offering a curriculum of learning modules for dealers, marked one year since its launch in November of 2018. Available by subscription to INDEAL members, the program provides knowledge, skills, and resources needed to get new hires up to speed quickly and help industry veterans build upon their current skills.
In its first year, INDEAL U has registered over 180 dealerships, through which individual users have collectively completed over 4000 lessons. The platform consists of a growing library of short online videos for “on the go” learning, complemented by live, interactive, ongoing webinars and full-day strategic selling programs.
Acknowledging the commitment of the program's most active users, INDEAL U launched a Learner of the Month program this summer. Individuals are recognized for their passion for industry knowledge as demonstrated by lesson completion and shared program insight. Winners are announced on the platform's blog as well as in a quarterly digest that provides an overview of program news and metrics.
