Ware Malcomb today announced Anthony Simon has joined the firm’s New York office as Director, Retail Architecture and Design. In this new position, Simon will be collaborating with Ware Malcomb offices on the East Coast to expand retail sector design opportunities and manage select projects.
Simon brings over 25 years of experience in customer-focused design to his new role at Ware Malcomb. Utilizing a holistic design approach for environments, his project expertise spans the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries. He is also a proven leader in the areas of business development, client services, oversight of national and regional teams, and staff mentorship.

Notable Ware Malcomb retail projects in New York include: serving as interior Architect of Record for a new spa and retail boutique for French beauty brand Caudalie located at 823 Washington Street in the Meatpacking District of New York City; providing interior architecture and design services the new Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop located at 176 5th Avenue in the Flatiron District of New York City; and providing interior architecture and design services for the Time Warner Cable Flagship Experience Store located at 43 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District of New York City.
Simon studied at the Pratt Institute, School of Architecture in Brooklyn, New York.
