Today’s healthcare environments demand furniture that looks as good as it performs, and with the launch of Reprise from Arcadia, both form and function come together beautifully to create an inviting collection with versatile appeal. Comprised of guest, bariatric and tandem seating, as well as accompanying occasional tables, Reprise invites users to relax and recharge in comfort and style.
Designed by David Dahl, the collection is characterized by a light-scale frame that belies its durable understructure—perfect for the stringent requirements of healthcare applications and high traffic waiting areas of all kinds. Gently tapered lines contribute to a sense of calm while a wall-saver leg design protects vertical surfaces from excessive wear and tear. Clean-outs on all sides, including between the seat and back, as well as replaceable components make each piece exceptionally easy to clean and maintain.
Whether used as a standalone unit or in tandem, Reprise can be arranged in a variety of seating combinations, while an assortment of finish and arm cap options offer enhanced design flexibility. The wood frame comes in a variety of standard and custom finishes on Beech for a warm, natural appearance. Arm caps feature radiused edges for smooth surface contact and can be specified in Beech wood, Corian®, and black or grey urethane. Tandem units are available in two- and three-seat preconfigured arrangements, as well as built-to-order combinations with 34-inch and 40-inch wide bariatric models, and inline connecting tables, expanding the possibilities further.
Capturing the same clean lines as its guest counterpart, hip chair models features a 25-inch seat height with a non-skid foot step for increased comfort and safety. Additionally, a patient chair model offers ease of movement and support for guests and caregivers alike.
Accompanying occasional tables are available in various sizes of round, square and rectangle shapes, completing Reprise's offering and lending a consistent design language across the collection. Both occasional and connecting tables are offered in selection of Beech veneer, laminate or Corian top surface options to match virtually any décor.
"This collection came together effortlessly, thanks to the collaborative process that we've mastered with David Dahl who Arcadia has worked with for more than two decades," says Helen Kim, Arcadia's Director of Marketing. "Designed with the healthcare market in mind, Reprise’s refined appearance, exceptional durability and flexibility make it a natural crossover into other markets as well.”
Wherever guest seating needs to look good and perform, Reprise will be there again and again.
