New York, NY–Wolf-Gordon releases VEER by Alikivan der Kruijs, a contractupholstery collection by Dutch designer Aliki van der Kruijs, at NeoCon 2019 alongside a range of additions to its wallcovering, RAMPART™ wall protection and upholstery product lines. Their showroom façade (#10-161) will featuredigital printed wallcovering by New York studio karlssonwilker inc. and interior panels that will display digital printed wallcovering of photographs by van der Kruijs that contributed to the inspiration and color palette of VEER.
VEER by Aliki van der Kruijs is a three-pattern upholstery collection that originatedfrom the grid found on an antique kimono, suitable for corporate and hospitalityapplications. Van der Kruijs explored subtle manipulations of this grid motif in herdesigns—layering, rotating and omissions—to create the three patterns: FLOAT,TURN and SLIDE.
Other Wolf-Gordon introductions include Crosswalk, an upbeat addition to thecompany’s high-performance woven upholstery, containing solid and dotted linesthat run parallel and diagonalfor a lively, dimensional look. The London ChicCollection also expands with three new patterns: simple, sophisticated Westminstercomplements the kinetic Echo and Nouveau geometric patterns, which join from theSO GOOD Collection by Me and General Designof Brooklyn, New York. Felted, asoft acoustical material made from 95 percent post-consumer recycled plasticbottles, will also be shown, now available in a complete spectral palette of 25 fade-resistant colorways that can be laser-cut, digitally-printed, and engraved.
