Kimball announced the addition of Lissa Marshall to the Kimball Health team as the new Research and Training Manager. In this role, she will focus on the development and management of thought leadership and training to support Kimball’s healthcare goals, objectives, and initiatives.

With 22 years of experience, Marshall has focused on education and healthcare markets in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry for the last 10 years. Most recently, she has been working with subject matter experts and executives to develop and communicate compelling arguments for thought leadership that influences business growth.

Ms. Marshall is an experienced professional with a contagious drive for excellence and originality. She has developed strategies and executed communication plans for local, national and international companies of all sizes, including Mutual of Omaha and DLR Group. She is an engaging leader who transitions easily from technical to creative, and from big picture to detail. Marshall relies on her teaching and learning experience, keen observation, and active listening to connect audiences with concise, relevant and memorable messages.

Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Iowa State University.
