Allsteel Inc. has been awarded a 2019 Top Workplaces honor by The Des Moines Register. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Our research shows that organizations who earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Top Workplaces is more than just recognition.”
“When people feel welcome and supported at their jobs, it allows them to focus on what matters most. This is our mission for not only our customers, but for our internal culture as well,” said Kris Yates, President of Allsteel Inc. “In order to be a great place for shareholders to invest, we first strive to be a great place to work.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace is an achievement that organizations strive to accomplish and it’s a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage,” Claffey said. This is the third consecutive year in which Allsteel has received the Top Workplace Award.
