They have labeled their post-COVID strategy Convene 2.0, which aims to create a consistent experience across their client space and the growing at home work. By connecting a physical experience with a digital one, Convene’s digital transformation has accelerated by a decade in the last 90 days which will allow them to better connect with their customers.
