CBRE Architecture has designed the offices of professional services firm EY, located in Madrid, Spain.
The new headquarters of EY in Madrid, are located in AZCA, the financial centre in the heart of the capital. The company has taken over the whole building, which is a unique landmark in Madrid, and it is made up of 13 office floors.
In March 2017 the new building opened its doors and presented a revolutionary office concept. This was reached through developing an open space office plan with a range of different areas for meetings and socialising, in both open and closed spaces. This is in line with new company standards for a non-hierarchical “activity-based” work model. The offices have been designed taking into account the interior environment, with the aim of developing a functional, but at the same time comfortable and cosy space to work.
