This SKA Gold accredited fit-out provides a high-quality, low-cost, sustainable home for the Useful Simple Trust companies, that exemplifies their collective commitment to the useful, ethical and intelligent design of the built environment.
The layout enables and encourages a range of uses and activities to take place within the rhythm of the existing floorplate, which is established by a grid of exposed concrete columns. A skylight breaks the grid to provide a large creative, social space at the heart. The workplace is responsive and easily adaptable to the professional, social and cultural needs of the Trust.
