SMBW was engaged by Envera Health to create a health conscious workplace design located in Richmond, Virginia.
Envera Health, a partner in healthcare engagement services, sought a Richmond-based location to consolidate multiple office locations creating a unified culture that aligns their work environment and community-centered mission. Designed by SMBW, the 25,000 SF facility can accommodate 100% employee growth utilizing flexible workstations and technology to accommodate frequent team reconfigurations. Taking advantage of the 19’ tall ceilings, mezzanines allow team collaborative lounges a bird’s eye view of the office below.
