Airbnb Dublin International HQ
Airbnb has opened a new international headquarters in Dublin, which it has designed in collaboration with local architect Heneghan Peng.
It is the first time that Airbnb has designed the architectural layout of an interior space, as the building, now known as The Warehouse, was just a shell before the company moved in.
Covering 4000m2 The Warehouse is a large building, as many of Airbnb’s offices are. When designing the new space the company has taken learnings from its Portland, US office, where employee visibility was an issue as there were so many flexible spaces people couldn’t be easily found.

DIALOG’s Vancouver interior design team completed a stunning new commercial office space for up-and-coming company Edgar Development in the MNP Tower in Vancouver, Canada. Inspired from a simple photograph of a ‘mountainscape’, DIALOG designed Edgar’s 4,285 sq. ft. office to reflect a crisp, clean, white mountain of ice to bring the outdoors in and create a grounded space for employees to flourish.

German investment giant Deka Immobilien and asset manager CBRE recently engaged Technē Architecture + Interior Design with the intent to attract new tenants to a Melbourne tower amidst the competitive commercial rental market. The 20-story tower sits on the corner of William and Collins Streets within vicinity of the Rialto Towers and other landmark Melbourne buildings.
