CPG was retained by Dorel for the design of their new 50,000 SF North American Headquarters at iPark in Norwalk, CT. Transforming the former manufacturing plant provided a unique opportunity to blend Dorel’s culture and style, within a raw industrial space.
ODW Logistics Offices – Columbus
M+A Architects has designed the new offices of logistics company ODW Logistics, located in Columbus, Ohio.
As a family owned Logistics Company with 40 years of success, ODW Logistics found itself bursting at the seams in its existing facility south of Columbus. They sought to find a new corporate headquarters that would bring their business groups together to foster high level collaborative thinking and exude their brand to attract the best new talent in the region.
Transurban Offices – Tysons Corner
SmithGroupJJR has designed the new offices of motorway management company Transurban, located in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Transurban Group develops and manages toll road networks in Australia and the United States. For its North American office headquarters in Tysons, Virginia, Transurban selected a site that offered a direct view of the Express Lanes it operates every day. With their headquarters in Australia and coworkers in distant time zones, Transurban USA staff often work irregular hours. They desired a space that offered flexibility, safe and comfortable surroundings, and the necessary technology to foster collaboration throughout the company.
NASCAR Offices – New York City
Ted Moudis Associates has designed the new offices of world renowned racing organization NASCAR, located in New York City, New York.
Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), a leading architectural and interior design firm, has completed the design of NASCAR’s New York City office. The Daytona, Fla.-based racing organization has moved into a 14,700-square-foot office space on the 40th floor of 590 Madison Avenue. NASCAR enlisted TMA’s services to design a new space that reflected its brand and corporate culture.
BlaBlaCar Offices – Paris
Tétris has designed the new offices of ride share company BlaBlaCar, located in Paris, France.
BlaBlaCar, an online collaborative car-renting company, is developing a big program of staffing and has leased 9,000 sqm in Building #cloud.paris in the 2nd district of Paris. Tétris was selected for the design and implementation of these new project that will host 960 people.
The company wanted its office to reflect its image of a young and dynamic team, and therefore favored the creation of many places of exchange and assembly.
Mazda Offices – Irvine
LPA, Inc. has designed the new offices of automotive company Mazda, located in Irvine, California.
The design of Mazda’s new 7,300-square-foot Western Regional office is reflective of the exciting new direction Mazda is taking with their branding and dealerships. Mazda’s Retail Evolution is bold and sophisticated, yet simple and elegant, which became the basis for the Western Region office design.
Intrepid Travel Offices – London
Peldon Rose has designed the new offices of small group tour and travel company Intrepid Travel located in London.
The vision for the new Intrepid Travel office was to provide the business with a catalyst for growth, energise the brand identity and create an inspiring environment that would attract the best talent in a stylish part of London. The Intrepid Travel office was previously based outside of London and so their relocation was an important step in their business journey. Taking space in The Piano House in Brixton provided Intrepid Travel with a space packed full of style and a variety of interesting original features that fit with their identity and brand.
Project Files: Norfolk Southern
Norfolk Southern Corporation is a major rail freight transportation company in the United States, operating over 20,000 route miles in 22 states and the District of Columbia. Norfolk Southern engaged IA to renovate the lobby and conferencing center of its building at 1200 Peachtree Street N.E. in Midtown Atlanta, and tasked IA to design a space that would facilitate employee collaboration and enhance the corporate brand among the public, employees and potential new hires.
IA redesigned the multilevel lobby and adjacent conferencing center floors to create a modern, open, and efficient space while embracing the railroad imagery that defines Norfolk Southern.
AT Office / Est Architecture
The project is the fit-out of an office space that is meant to accommodate about fifty employees of a transportation company. The architectural concept stands on two factors: the intrinsic nature of the customer's operations and the short time of construction. However, the development meets several criteria (I.e. functionality, occupants’ comfort, environmental design) and reflects the company's philosophy.
