Outdoor furniture should be light and airy and as easy to handle as possible. Dedon offers two solutions that meet these requirements and at the same time make you feel at home. Architects Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi from Studio Gam Fratesi have reinterpreted the classic bucket chair with "Aiir". Dynamic thanks to vertical cut-outs in the backrest. The conical teak legs continue the filigree impression. A special method of injection moulding production was developed for the polypropylene seat shell. The curved seat provides comfort - if you prefer more upholstery, you can optionally equip the chair. In 2006 the duo founded their design studio "Gam Fratesi" in Denmark and since then have been combining Scandinavian clarity with Italian temperament, traditional craftsmanship and current ideas in their designs. In return, they like to go to the limits of what is possible in production.

Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby have developed "Brea", a modular lounge system that convinces with simple solutions. The frame construction consists mainly of tubular elements and elastic straps and can therefore be flexibly aligned. The individual modules can also be combined to form a seating landscape using aluminium connecting elements. Uncomplicatedly put over the frame, the upholstered elements can be quickly removed. In 1996 the architects Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby founded their studio Barber & Osgerby in London. Industrial technology and craftsmanship find swinging combinations in their creations. (am)
