The VDB Group is entering the U.K. market.

VDB is the largest manufacturer in the Netherlands producing and supplying project and education furniture and has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Nomique Seating Ltd. Nomique designs and produces task chairs and soft seating with fresh contemporary designs and distributes through a selected dealer network.

Brand identity of Nomique will continue.

The two Nomique director-shareholders, John Ravenhall and Nigel Barker, will continue their current roles as Directors. John Ravenhall: “Besides a wide product portfolio, VDB also bring a great deal of knowledge in terms of design, production techniques, sustainability and IT.
