Together with partner brand Materia, Scandinavian Spaces introduces Vagabond and Motus to the North American market. Designed by furniture designer Marie Oscarsson, the furniture grouping was created to leave a lasting impression. Oscarsson carefully selected colors, shapes, and materials to promote balance and harmony in the workplace.
The Vagabond table differentiates itself by its creative design and recognizable form. Built on easy to move castors that effortlessly lock into place, the table allows for a wide range of function. The tabletop can be placed at three different heights to accommodate the progressive office or trend-setting restaurant. Notice boards are located on either side of the table with complementing magnets used to hang inspirational photos, messages, and sketches directly onto the frame. To complete the look, the Vagabond table is constructed with a rod across the top to hang lights, plants, or additional interior fittings.
In contrast to the Vagabond, the Vagabond Duo combines two tabletops at varying heights to create a functional, creative workspace. Sleek storage boxes, magnets, coat hooks, or whiteboards are available options in order to divide the middle section. Power outlets and USB ports can be integrated into the tabletop. Both the Vagabond and Vagabond Duo are offered in a range of timeless neutrals (white, grey, dark grey, or black) and trend setting hues (dusty pink, rusty red, blue grey, and green).
The Motus stool was designed to pair beautifully with the Vagabond table. Allowing users to sit upright or astride, the curved upholstered seat provides comfort and posture support while maintaining a sophisticated physique. The stool is fitted with interval break castors for active mobility. Offered at two different heights, the Motus stool comes in chrome as well as the same fresh colorways as the Vagabond Table. Motus is the progressive stool for the forward-thinking office.
