Trendway Corporation has appointed Mark Rhoades as its new President.
Rhoades replaces Bill Bundy, who served as interim president from July to October 2019. Jack Chance, who has been Trendway's chief financial officer for the past six years, has been promoted to the expanded role of CFO and vice president of operations and customer experience. The company also hired Chris Tattersall and Kerry Ferguson as regional directors of sales.
“On behalf of the entire Fellowes Brand team, we'd like to congratulate Mark Rhoades and Jack Chance on their new leadership roles,” said John Fellowes, president, and CEO of Fellowes Brands, which acquired Trendway in April. “I'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to Bill Bundy as he completes his interim role as Trendway president. Bill's guidance ensured a smooth and successful transition following Don Heeringa's retirement.”
Bundy served as Trendway's president for nine years until his retirement in 2016.
Rhoades will oversee all Trendway operations with a focus on growing sales, optimizing manufacturing capacity and the ongoing integration into Fellowes Brands. Rhoades previously served as president of ESI from 2017 to 2018 after Fellowes Brand acquired the company in 2017.
In his new role as CFO and vice president of operations and customer experience for Trendway, Chance will lead finance and purchasing, operations, customer care, and information technology as well as provide local oversight of the human resources team.
Tattersall brings more than 30 years of contract furniture industry experience to Trendway, including 18 years as the owner of the Atlanta-based Trendway dealership Diversified Resource Group.
Ferguson returns to Trendway from ESI, where she served as the director of public sector. She has more than 23 years of contract furniture industry experience, serving in marketing, distribution, and sales leadership roles.
