American Beverage Association Offices – Washington D.C.

American Beverage Association Offices – Washington D.C.

FOX Architects have designed new offices for the American Beverage Association, located in Washington D.C.

Having been in their original space for 40 years, American Beverage Association wanted a new space that reflected their iconic industry. Their former office consisted of smaller floor plates across multiple floors, with no conference areas to host events. This forced them to rent out hotel space, missing the opportunity to champion their culture.

The design team generated a parti-diagram along the ceiling plane which connected the space through color-changing LED lighting. Common materials used in the beverage industry were used as inspiration for their new space. The lifecycle of bottles and glass is captured in the elevator lobby with a lighted “bubble effect” made of recycled materials. As you step into the reception area, you are greeted by a colorful, lighted display of beverage container silhouettes. The café features a bottle cap backsplash and pendant lights made out of beverage containers.

Heineken Offices – Dublin

Heineken Offices – Dublin

MDO Architects has designed the new offices of global beer manufacturer Heineken located in Dublin, Ireland.

The new Heineken – Dublin office is located opposite the historic Kilmainham Goal with a design intent reflecting a move to full open plan for all staff. The design aspires to create an exciting workplace full of vibrant colour, exciting lighting, exposed services, geometric texture and strong interpretations of Heineken brand graphics.

Existing ceilings are retained as floating rafts over desking with open services exposed in the remaining areas. Meeting room cubes are positioned at angles to create a streetscape of corners as you move through the office with quiet nooks for conversations and calls. Extensive glazed screens in the meeting room cubes open up long through views.

Vita Coco Offices – New York City

Vita Coco Offices – New York City

Vita Coco‘s in-house team collaborated with BAI Group to design their New York City office space.

In line with our tropical roots and fun-loving ethos, our Vita Coco office is a harmonious intersection where the beach meets the city. With original cement pillars, reclaimed hard-wood floors and an array of potted palms, we’ve found inspiration from the lush locations where our coconuts are sourced and the fast-paced cities where we sell our product. Each conference room is appropriately named after a global surf destination and equipped with Smart TV’s, comfortable couches and unique decor.
